Today I had to work... yuck! But we took the kids to the local Community Center last night for Family Skate Night and they had fun, unfortunately Kylie is in bed with the flu and has been since Thursday afternoon... so she did not get to come. I stopped and got my nails done Friday on the way home because I knew I couldnt do it today and she went a little too short but they will grow back out!
I am making a HUGE pot of Chicken soup as we speak for dinner, hoping to ward off any germs in the house and I did a thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the house when I got home from work!
I got a call from a friend this afternoon asking if we could have her daughter over for a sleep over tonight and of course we said yes... she is best friends with Jocelyn and she is always there for us so now the challenge is keeping them away from Kylie's room so they dont get sick.
I wanted to have a snuggle night with the hubbs tonight but there was crap out for movies at Red Box so I settled for GI Joe and got the kids Monsters and Aliens. We might end up just watching something on Cable if GI Joe sucks!!
Hubby does love me though and bought me the Limited Edition Collectors People Magazine this week of New Moon! YEA!!! There are some Edward & Jacob shots in my Mosaic!! Enjoy!
Off to finish supper... here's hoping Ky is the only one that gets the stupid flu around here!

Sorry Kylie is still sick. Poor thing. That chicken soup will work wonders I bet. Have fun with movie night...even if it's GI Joe:)
I've been pushing the soup on my poor kids for a good week now. Anything and everything we can do to ward off the germs! Enjoy that movie!

Our whole family LOVES Monsters vs. Aliens! And we also rented GI Joe the other night from Redbox. We still haven't watched it yet.

Poor baby sorry she is so sick.. Monsters Vs aliens is just as good for the adults... I loved it. Up everyones intake of Vitamin D3 it helps boost immuinty and fish oil loads of it...
